How often will my subscription be re-billed?
This depends on which frequency you choose. If you choose month to month, then the subscription will be billed the following month at the beginning of the month. For example, if you purchase a subscription between August 20th and September 19th, you will receive a box at the end of September and be re-billed at the beginning of November.
If you purchase more than one month at a time, the subscription will be billed at the beginning of the month at the beginning of the next period. For example, if you purchase a 3-month subscription between August 20th and September 19th, you will receive a box at the end of September, October, and November and your subscription will re-bill at the beginning of December.
I just cancelled my subscription. Why did I not receive a refund?
Refunds are not automatically issued after you cancel your subscription. Cancelling will stop any future re-billing. If you have already been charged for a box, then that order will still be in our system and you will receive that box. In order to get a refund and cancel that shipment, please send us an email at email@example.com.
I ordered my box a while ago, why haven't I received it?
This may depend on the date you placed the order. The zChest ordering deadline is the 19th of each month. This means that if you ordered on the 19th of November or earlier, you will receive the November box usually around the 26th-28th. If you placed your zChest order on the 20th of November, you will receive the December box. This should arrive by the 26th-28th of December. Please keep in mind that the postal service speed will be impacted by high volume holidays, You should receive an email with a tracking number when your zChest ships.
You can use the USPS tracking website to see exactly where your package is at any given time. If you did not receive tracking, then please feel free to send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure to respond quickly.

If you are ordering from outside the United States, your package may still be at your local post office with an additional customs charge. We have been made aware of this issue particularly in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cover this charge and we apologize for the inconvenience. To check whether your package is in transit, look up your tracking number at usps.com.
What's this "ordering deadline" thing? Why don't I just get a box when I order?
When you order a ZChest subscription, you are not just buying one item to be shipped immediately. It is more like a magazine subscription where you receive a box every month and all boxes are shipped at the same time every month. The ordering deadline for each month's box is the 19th. If you order before the 19th, your box should reach you by the end of the month. If you order after the 19th of the month, you will receive next month's box.
For example, if you place a month-to-month order (you did not pay for more than one month) on April 3rd, you should receive a box by the end of April and you will be re-billed at the beginning of May. If you place a month-to-month order on April 26th, you should receive a box by the end of May and be re-billed at the beginning of June.

If you ordered a Bag of Bones or a Body Part Bin, this product should not re-bill, but the ordering deadlines still apply and the box will be shipped with all other shipments at the end of the ordering month.
Why do you ship in brown or white boxes... aren't custom the norm?
We prefer to put every bit of extra cash we have into the insides of the box rather than the box itself. The boxes we use currently have each been individually hand stamped just for you!
Do you send free or discounted boxes for bloggers/reviews? What about donations to charity?
At this time, we are not offering free or discounted boxes for bloggers or in exchange for reviews. If this changes, it will be posted on the ZChest Facebook page and this website. Stay tuned!

Are you sold out?
Sometimes due to licensed products we do sell out. It is unfortunate, but all the more reason to sign up for a 3 month, 6 month or yearly subscription. If you are desperate for this months box, please send us an email at zombie@zChest.com and we will see what we can work out. Occasionally due to cancellations, we end up with an extra box or two that does not get put back into inventory. We would be happy to supply these if they come available.

I sent an email a while ago and it still hasn't been answered. What's going on?
If you sent an email to email@example.com and you have not yet received a reply, there are a few things that may have happened. First, your email may have slipped into the spam folder which we monitor occasionally for this sort of situation. Second, your email may have reached us and we are still trying to research your question so that we can provide you an informed response. Third, your email may not have been received and we just need you to send another one. We do our best to get to every customer email in a timely manner so that we can resolve any issues or questions that arise.
